To maintain high standards and ensure consistent quality in our Oil Mills, Oil Refinery Plant, Pressure Filter etc., we make use of quality approved components which we source from the reliable vendors. Keeping a strict tab at each production stage, our quality controlling department make sure that the products are manufactured in tune with industry defined guidelines and norms. Prior to the dispatch, a series of inspections are conducted by the experts so to remove the defected product, if any, from the product portfolio. For gaining the trust and confidence of the patrons, our company is following ethical manufacturing practices and total quality management policies ever since our inception. Well Equipped Infrastructure
For the smooth and hassle free functioning of the company, we have build a sound infrastructure facility in Mumbai. Built over well spread land area, our premise is systematically segregated into various units such as procurement, manufacturing, quality examination, R&D, warehouse & packaging, etc., to execute business activities efficiently. Installed with advance machinery and equipment, our production division allow us to complete the undertaken projects on time & deliver the same promptly. Making optimum usage of all installed resources in our establishment, we are capable in offering bulk, urgent as well as customized orders of the clients. We have established a well furnished R&D division through which we keep finding new ways for the further improvement in our product line. The Process
Our precisely engineered Vegetable Oil Refinery and Solvent Extraction Plants are used for carrying out extraction & refining processes of crude oil. Through several physical & chemical processes, unwanted components such as fatty acids, pigments such as chlorophyll, phosphatides, waxes, heavy metals, pesticides, etc., are removed. - Degumming for removal of phosphatides.
- Deodorization to distill odors & flavors and free fatty acids.
- Neutralization for removal of free fatty acids.
- Winterization for separation of waxes.
